FourSide Hotel Braunschweig offers a total of eleven meeting rooms, some of which are flooded in daylight, that can be set up for either business or private events. Burj Khalifa I + II

Our largest room provides all of the options for organising a large event. Our rooms are business-certified according to international meeting standards. Our meeting rooms are all on the 1st floor upstairs. The large conference room, which can be divided in the middle, is equipped with state-of-the-art conference technology. Its location facing the inner courtyard ensures quiet and plenty of daylight. Depending on the seating arrangement, the room can accommodate up to 180 people.

Burj Khalifa I

The equipment is identical to that of the undivided hall. You can rely on all the requisite modern conference technologies here, too. The room can also be combined with other meeting rooms, of course, depending on the event. Our conventions team will be pleased to make an offer that meets your requirements. You may also, of course, make use of our hotel's other services such as the Rudas Restaurant or the bar-cum-modern brasserie. Whether you opt for Burj Khalifa I or II, both offer the same professional infrastructure for a successful private or business event. Taipei 101

This multi-purpose room is the second largest in the hotel and could provide the perfect setting for your event. Both the high ceilings and the infrastructure are set up to allow custom arrangements of the space as required. This 128-person room can also be divided down the middle.

Small, but just as versatile. Up to 48 people can be accommodated here, depending on the layout of the seating. The location facing the inner courtyard ensures quiet surroundings and offers the option to go out into the fresh air during breaks. Outside of the room, we can arrange a coffee bar if you like or you can take advantage of the various range of restaurants and bars on offer at FourSide.

The counterpart to One World I, only slightly larger. Depending on the seating arrangement, the room can accommodate up to 64 people. And if you need a conference office, for example, we can offer space in addition to this conference room. We can also offer space for break-out meetings in the smaller meeting rooms across the way. Of course, we offer you all the comforts of a modern business and conference hotel. The Torch

Four Times Square

The private atmosphere in this meeting room provides the perfect location for concentrated work in pleasant surroundings. Of course, you will have access to all the equipment you need, including a flat-screen TV and all of the usual modern communications equipment. The room can comfortably provide 8 to 10 persons with a pleasant and professional place to get some work done. Small meetings are also welcome, of course, at FourSide, whether in our restaurant, the bar, or over a quick bite at the Deli Circle.

Meeting Format Open Space +

This format is particularly suitable for creatively working on concrete problems in the company. The participants are directly involved in the event at the beginning and, thanks to different perspectives and prerequisites such as age, subject area or professional experience, contribute to various solutions. The participants are actively involved in finding solutions and thereby absorb far more of transmitted content.

KEY FACTS

Seating recommendation: large room with different seating arrangements

In this event format, a guiding theme is given, but without an agenda or concrete program. The concrete topics are proposed by the participants in a thematic collection in plenary. A temporal and thematic arrangement is then carried out by the moderator. Small working groups work out the topics within the time schedule. Open Space concludes with a renewed plenary meeting where the results are presented on fact sheets so that each participant can find out about the results from the other groups.

Meeting Format BarCamp +

Characteristic of the BarCamp is the missing content of the topic. Only one guiding theme is proposed. However, what exactly is conveyed is decided by the participants alone. Thus, the design of the event lies largely with the participants who spontaneously decide to develop their own small sessions, such as lectures or workshops, and to offer them to other interested participants. One focus, however, is on accompanying the event through social media, for which in most cases a separate hashtag is created.

Although there is a substantive frame of reference, there is no an agenda. Decisive is only a dovetailing of digital and analog topics. Individual topics are proposed in the plenary session and the participants express their interest by a show of hands. A moderator arranges the suggestions temporally and spatially. A design is completely subject to the speaker. It can be lectures, workshops or similar.  Participants decide which sessions they attend and can switch between sessions at any time. A get-together in plenary concludes the event. A distribution of user-relevant content on the Internet via blog, Twitter or Facebook is desired and supported by means of its own hashtag.

Meeting Format World Café +

Alternative conference formats instead of plain conference. The World Café as a conference format has its origins in the coffee house and enables a casual and informal exchange. This format is particularly suitable if a specific problem is to be handled by as many people as possible. The basis for this event format is the initiation of a strategic dialogue. In regularly changing small groups of different composition the participants discuss a specific question. The World Café lives from a heterogeneous composition of participants.

Seating recommendation: High tables in a large room

The World Café creates a coffeehouse atmosphere at bar tables for a strategic dialogue to develop ideas and increase shared knowledge. At each bar table 4-5 people gather. The moderator explains the process and the guiding theme at each table. The participants have 15-45 minutes to exchange ideas in a first round of talks. Thereafter, all new groups are gathered together to briefly explain the results of the previous round. The number of tables gives the number of rounds. The most important results will be presented in plenary session.via blog, Twitter or Facebook is desired and supported by means of its own hashtag.

Meeting Format Warp Conference +

The Warp Conference is based on speed dating. In two-way discussions, participants with a diverse professional background discuss hypotheses for possible future work. The foundations for this are questions that are kept as open as possible, leaving room for discussion. Since every participant is an expert in their field of knowledge existing hierarchies are reduced. A positive side effect of this event format is the accompanying networking, which is made possible by an intensive two-way conversation.

At least 12, ideally a maximum of 70 participants
Seating recommendation: different two-seat groups or "speed dating"

Thematic focus and specific questions are given by the organizer. The development of solutions takes place in a two-way discussion. In addition to a discussion, the networking is therefore in the foreground. Color-coded name badges (for example, according to subject orientation, categorize the participants). Each participant selects 2 questions and finds himself together with another person. A question is selected and discussed in a given time (about 8 minutes). This is repeated until each participant had as many 'differently colored' participants as possible and all selected questions were discussed. Finally, there is an evaluation round and a subsequent get-together.
