We are happy to advise you on how your celebration or your company event will be a success. Nothing will be left to chance. Of course we will arrange the seating of the rooms according to your wishes. Appropriate catering will be provided by arrangement. Our service includes the provision of appropriate installations, such as projectors and charts, writing pads and conference drinks or snacks.
Trier Conference Area
The City Hall is the heart of the city of Trier. The modern conference area is suitable for all types of conferences, but also for private parties. The light-filled space can be subdivided to create two meeting rooms. In its largest configuration, the City Hall – depending on the type of seating – can fit up to 450 people. Our professional convention team will be at hand to help you with your individual planning and implementation requirements. Catering tailored to your needs is of course available on request.
Salzburg Conference Area
Directly at the exhibition center - the FourSide Hotel Salzburg. With its 6 conference rooms for up to 400 people, the Hotel am Messezentrum Salzburg is the perfect meeting point for travellers, international guests, trade fair and event visitors and offers space for any event. All rooms have daylight and can be adapted to your personal requirements with variable walls. Our professional and helpful convention team will be happy to advise you in order to realize individual requirements.
